Frequently Asked Questions

- How do pre-orders work?
It's essentially the same as a regular order. You select the products that you want and choose your preferred payment method to pay for them. Once your order has been confirmed, you move into a holding queue. From the holding queue, we'll ship your pre-order out just as soon as we receive the merchandise you've ordered. In some cases, we will split ship your order, meaning that we'll send you merchandise as it is available.

- Do I have to pay the full amount?
You will be charged for the full amount of your order at time of checkout. The good news is, when your pre-order ships later in the year, you don't pay anything! It's like buying future you a present.

Estimated Seasonal Pre-Order Shipping Schedule

Please note: We have NO CONTROL over when the manufacturer releases merchandise, but they typically do so at least two months before the specified season. But just know that the order will ship within 24 hours of arriving to our warehouse. If the item is not available to ship at least 4 weeks before the corresponding holiday, we will happily refund your order.

Certain pre-orders are considered special orders. Current examples of that include Glitterville that is not currently in stock. Placing pre-orders requires time and follow up from our staff. Canceling these orders may leave us with merchandise that we may not have otherwise ordered. It's also a waste of our time and energy. Canceled pre-orders and / or special orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
